PublicHouse is turning up the heat this August with their Annual Tacos & Tequila Fest, a five‑day celebration of bold flavors, creative cocktails, and live entertainment on the lawn. This community‑driven event welcomes all ages to enjoy world‑inspired tacos, agave‑centric drinks, specialty drafts, and a full lineup of regional music.
Tacos! The talented food purveyors have been busy concocting their best taco creations yet — each with its own concept, flavor profile, and global inspiration. Guests can expect a culinary tour of tacos from around the world, including:
- Arayes Grilled Lamb & Beef Kefta in a flour tortilla with a side of garlicky salsa verde & pickled veggies (Shalosh Kitchen)
- Pollo Asado Tacos with shredded lettuce, cheddar, pickled onions and fried corn tortilla (The Nave Kitchen)
- Pork Sisig Street Tacos and Bulgogi Beef Street Tacos + veggie options (Wild Plate Cart)
- Chicken Katsu Bites, Tequila Lime Shrimp Tacos with Mango Pico de Gallo, and Spicy Tuna Wonton Tacos (Moi Poki Grill)
Specialty Tequila & Cocktails! The Whiskey Lab is rolling out a full suite of Agave Spirit Flights, Lab‑Designed Cocktails, and twists on classics. Featured creations include:
- “Oaxaca? I barely knew her.” Mezcal, Blueberry, Pineapple, Lime Coconut Cream
- Do You Not Feel Bonita? Mezcal, Ancho Reyes, Red Bell Pepper, Grapefruit, Lime, Tajin
- “Lei me down” Arette Reposado Tequila, Passionfruit, Basil, Lime
