IN THE PUBLICHOUSE KITCHEN:  Corey Wisun, chef & restauranteur, brings us Shalosh. Shalosh, meaning ‘3’ in Hebrew, is Corey’s way of diving into his Jewish roots through food, showcasing cuisine from the Levant region of the SE Mediterranean & Middle East. Expect to taste thoughtfully prepared, seasonal, & scratch-made food combining flavors and tastes that will excite your palate.
