T + C is the solo endeavor of singer-songwriter Tanner Cowens. In the past, Cowens was known as a wild frontman, leading successful regional rock and metal acts such as Dryseason, Fallen Theory, and Rest, Repose. Returning home from a national tour in 2018, Cowens began work on his solo project, which he dubbed "T + C".
T + C's debut album, "Raw" presents a sincere and vulnerable tone that illustrates the ups and downs of the human condition through meaningful, heartfelt lyrics and eclectic musical elements centered around barebones acoustic singer-songwriter composition. "Raw" was completely written, performed, recorded, mixed, and mastered by Cowens as his very first complete DIY release.
Based in Eugene, Oregon, T + C makes use of live looping and occasional backtracks to create an immersive full band experience as a solo performer.
