The Blackthorn Academy of Irish Dance opened in 2023 and has been putting on shows in the Eugene area and beyond ever since. The Williwaws play music that feels like a breath of cold, fresh mountain air. Expect songs and tunes grounded in folk and bluegrass traditions, genre twisting instrumental work, and other acoustic ear candy. Maya a singer/songwriter was born in Israel and started her music journey professionally late in the game. However, she found herself in her music writing at a very young age. While learning the skills of playing guitar and charting her music to them turning into actual living breathing tracks. Made her feel excited and egger to perform. Chasing Ebenezer is a world folk-rock band based in Portland, Oregon. With influences from Celtic, African, and Middle Eastern music, their songs make it hard for audiences to sit still. Their tunes are alive with bohemian violin licks, world percussion, and an ever-increasing array of instruments. The band is fronted by husband and wife team Benjamin & Heidi Beth Sadler.

Led by the fiddler Mr. Kelly Thibodeaux of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Etouffee combines red hot fiddle, shufflin' rhythm and blues, and kickin' Southern rock to create an exciting new sound known as Swamp Rock. This is music that will roll you down Bourbon Street or lead you into the darkest swamps, music so eminently danceable almost no one - young or old - can resist.

Skip & his group, The Spirit of New Orleans, play a smattering of the great rhythm and blues hits of the ’50s and ’60s, as well as some great pop & rock organ classics of the ’60s and ’70’s. Add to that a bonifide New Orleans piano boogie-woogie and the party follows! They are the perfect group to kick off our 2025 Bourbon Street Fest.

KMR is Linda Kanter, saxes, Hamilton Mays , bass and Gerry Rempel, guitar. KMR has been performing together for a number of years playing wineries, clubs and special events.

As a Trio, KMR brings a fresh vibe to jazz standards both familiar and lesser known as well as originals. The tunes offer Swing, Latin, and Pop and a brush with Blues, along with original compositions.

These three bring years of performance and recording experience, along with education and composition. Linda, Gerry and Hamilton are seasoned pros.

Belltower is a local string band that plays folk, bluegrass, and traditional American roots inspired music. All five bandmates are UO students and active members in the university music scene.

On the first day of summer in 2007, Rootdown was formed in the college town Eugene, Oregon.  Combining the sunny sounds of reggae, with a splash of alternative rock and hip-hop the band independently released three EPs and one full-length album.

We love it when these guys perform on our stage, and they couldn’t be a more perfect fit for the final day of Summerfest 2025.

It couldn’t be a Summerfest without Reggae, and we are stoked to have The Ganja Marines on our stage for their first time.

The Ganja Marines are an interdisciplinary, intergenerational, inter-genre rhythm band specializing in Reggae and Afro-Funk; musical transmission of a deeply-rooted revolutionary history. Elements of Rock and Jazz music often duly find their way into their live sound. Over the dynamic beats of their roots rhythm section led by Randy Ross of People’s Choice, frontman Drumson walks the line between an electric performance and extemporaneous musical storytelling. Soundscapes and rhythmic meditations take the listener on a global sojourn while heavy-hitting delivery and high-caliber musicianship get the people on their feet and in motion.

The Men from S.U.R.F. have native music of California burned into their DNA. Countless teen-age hours spent playing the songs of The Ventures, Dick Dale, The Astronauts, Jan & Dean, and of course, The Beach Boys, have etched this music into their collective souls. The Men from S.U.R.F. also play tunes from bands like Los Straightjackets, Jimmy Buffett, Eddie and the Showmen and in original surf style music from The Men from S.U.R.F. Based in the Pacific Northwest, these guys are certainly fun to watch and the perfect addition to Summerfest 2025!

Kicking off our SummerFest 2025 is El Borko! Surf! El Borko was raised on Hatch chili and gamma rays until he learned surf guitar. In dreams he rode towering waves of electric twang. His amplifier tubes glowed like lava plunging into the eternal sea.

Sassafras! is Brent Hample (acoustic guitar/vocals) Virgil Cater (percussion/vocals) and Kamden Flowers (vocals). An acoustic trio playing their signature blend of laid-back roots rock, Americana, and folk rock, with a smattering of rockabilly, Celtic, and 70's folk pop. Soulful ballads, comical ditties with irreverent lyrics, cheerful upbeat melodies, and singalongs with some of your old favorites.

Goatmouth is a four-piece band based out of our very own Eugene. Bringing you new takes on blues, rock, and jam band classics. Bees in a Bottle is the Pacific Northwest Indie duo of Christine McAllister & Chad McAllister. Rooted in a dark, singer/songwriter tradition, the band conjures dreamy, atmospheric worlds, blending Christine’s warm vocals and intimate lyrics with mood-driven electric guitar, expanding around the listener, drawing them into connection with chaos and quiet. The AM (Acoustic Minds) is comprised of identical twin sister singers and songwriters Jenni and Amanda Price and super producers and multi instrumentalists Josh Lorenzen and Aaron Altemose. Their sound bends genres of EDM, Hip Hop, Soul and pPop. Known for their deep songwriting and unique sibling harmonies combined with tasty 80ʼs synths and future bass sounds. Their music touches on deep topics of love and loss with a hint of party vibes! We are STOKED to have the twins back for another great night of music!
