4th Annual Seafood Fest at PublicHouse

For 7 days in October, PublicHouse will host their 4th Annual Seafood Fest!

Food: Each of the food purveyors will be preparing their own seafood creations for the week. You can expect to taste:

Drafts: Staying in theme, all of the taps will be pouring brews & ciders made at some of the best coastal breweries & cider houses. Stay tuned for the complete draft list, but here are a couple you can expect so far:

  • Pelican from Pacific City, OR: Marine Haze- Hazy IPA

  • Arch Rock from Gold Beach, OR: Gold Beach Lager

  • Bandon Rain from Bandon, OR: Cranberry Squall Cider and Spruce Tip Cider

  • Buoy from Astoria, OR: Cream Ale

  • Newport from Newport, OR: Dungeness IPA

  • Fort George from Astoria, OR: Focus IPA and Consider the Fruit Punch Sour

  • Cellarmaker from San Francisco, CA: Big Terp IPA

Cocktails / Spirits: Don’t forget about the Whiskey Lab. The crew in the lab has been working on specialty cocktails to feature throughout the week, including:

  • Baybreeze- Timberline Vodka, Cranberry & Pineapple

  • Seabreeze- Timberline Vodka, Cranberry & Grapefruit

  • Salty Dog- Batanga Blanco Tequila & Grapefruit with a Salt Rim

  • Madras- Timberline Vodka, Cranberry & Orange

  • Privateer- Panama-Pacific Blanco Rum, Pineapple, Simple & Lime

  • Sailor’s Sunset- Panama-Pacific Blanco Rum, Campari, Ginger, Grapefruit & Simple

Music / Entertainment / Events: What better way to round out this celebration than with LIVE MUSIC and entertainment! The outside lawn will be hoppin’ with some of the best entertainment from the PNW, featuring:
