Tacos! The talented food purveyors have been busy concocting their best taco creations ever, including:

  • Quesabirria Tacos and Elotes from Tonalli Latin Kitchen

  • Shredded Chicken Taco Salad from NorthWest Burgers

  • Shredded Beef Taco Pizza from NorthWest Pizza

  • Spicy Tuna and Tequila Lime Shrimp Wonton Tacos; Smashed Ground Pork Dumpling Tacos from Moi Poki Grill

  • Arayes: Lebanese Pita Taco. Grilled & Stuffed with Mushrooms, Rice, Almonds & Herbs. Served with a trio of Sauces & Sumac Onions from Shalosh

Specialty Tequila & Cocktails! The Whiskey Lab will be featuring past, present & future agave spirit-based cocktail favorites from their staff as well as some specialty tequilas. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Leyenda: Batanga Blanco Tequila, Apricot, Maple, Lemon, Aromatic Bitters

  • Black Lipstick: Reposado Tequila, Cinnamon Demerara, Habanero Tincture, Mole BItters

  • Bandito: Mezcal, Strawberry, Agave, Lemon, Rhubarb Bitters, Soda

  • Beach Bum: Batanga Blanco Tequila, Coconut Water Rum, Cointreau, Lime, Coconut Cream, Nutmeg & Toasted Coconut

  • Bella: Mezcal, Bell Pepper, Cilantro, Lime, Tajin Rim

  • Frozen Margarita: Your Choice of Fresh Fruit Syrup or Classic (Strawberry, Raspberry, Guava, Pomegranate, Passionfruit, Jalapeño or Coconut)

  • Downtown Liquor’s Select Whiskey Barrel-Aged Tequilas

    • Corazon Reposado Tequila aged in Blantons Barrels

    • Corazon Reposado Tequila aged in Eagle Rare Barrels

  • Specialty Draft: Loowit Brewing’s Quetzalcoatl Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout

  • Boilermaker: made with Quetzalcoatl Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout and Batanga Blanco Shot

Event Draft List: Staying in theme, the beer hall will be featuring several lagers, fruited beers & tequila barrel-aged ciders & brews throughout the event. We’ll have the full draft list for you here as the event gets closer, but here are just a couple to announce:
