PublicHouse is excited to announce our Inaugural Bacon, Bourbon & Breakside Beer event happening for 7 fun-filled days starting Monday, June 26.

BACON the food vendors at PublicHouse are busy concocting all kinds of bacon-centric food specials so keep checking back for ALL of those sizzlin’-delicious details from:

  • Northwest Burgers— Bork Burger, Fresh local ground beef with ground apple wood smoked bacon and finished with chipotle aioli & Rogue Creamery blue cheese crumbles; NW Candied Bacon— add it to anything on their menu during the week

  • Moi Poki Grill— Dynamite (scallops, bacon, avocado), Pork Belly Sliders with Bourbon Bacon Jam on Hawaiian Rolls and Vanilla Ice Cream with Bourbon Caramel Bacon

  • Pizza Cue— Bacon Shots, Texas Twinkies, Bacon Wrapped Cinnamon Rolls

  • Tonalli Latin Kitchen— Pork Belly Skewers with Cilantro Lime & Spicy Maple Syrup

  • O’My Mini Donuts— Sweet Bacon O’My: Maple Icing, Bacon Bits & Caramel Drizzle

BOURBON our innovative Whisk(e)y Lab will be featuring some stellar cocktails, bourbon flights and single pours of newly-added bottles. They’ve assembled 3 ‘top shelf’ flights (this is a FIRST for this), 8 bourbon cocktails and they’ll finally be featuring the Whiskey Lab Old Fashioned using their Private Selection Maker’s Mark Whisk(e)y No. 5.
